It is an exciting week for the entire Bozzuto family as we celebrate the official grand opening of Anthem House in Baltimore City’s Riverside neighborhood. More than five years in the making, the new 525,000 SF community is the brainchild War Horse, Solstice Partners, and Bozzuto Development Company. Standing nine stories tall with sweeping views of Baltimore’s iconic Inner Harbor, the 292-unit building includes a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The unique “Z-Shape” of the concrete and steel building maximizes the great outdoors with two separate elevated courtyards, a resort-style pool, and rooftop lounge. In addition, the community includes 20,000 SF of retail space providing new dining and fitness options to tenants and neighbors alike…
Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.
“What makes this development fun for me is the location,” says Bozzuto Construction Company Senior Project Manager Brady Davidow. Of course, Davidow, who handled preconstruction, budgeting, and planning for Anthem House, is hardly impartial – living not far from the projects Fort Avenue site. “I think everyone is excited about the retail – seeing the new restaurants and shops that are coming in. Plus, it’s just exciting to be building in your own back yard.”
As we celebrate the grand opening of this new apartment community, we cannot hide our excitement for what is to come. Next door sits the current construction site of Anthem House II – a new 54-unit, mixed-use community is expected in the spring of 2018!
